The KM Process established in Sanofi has two approaches, the organizational and technological.  

The creation of ideas promoted within the company is oriented towards technological development, in order for the company to remain in constant adaptability, with this, it refers to the fact that it takes into consideration the immediate needs of its clients, this, based on surveys as well as meetings with research and development staff in every country, with the purpose of generating new ideas that generate profitability for the organization, not only that, but also a world in which health and quality of life prevail.
